As we all know strength lies in differences and not in similarities. ADMI presents HR Horizon, a panel discussion. The aim was to address a very sensitive issue – *”Diversity acceptance in work life.”* Diversity is about embracing one another’s uniqueness. The esteemed Panelist Guided the students on how aspiring managers needs to be aware and proactive when it comes to the diversity in work life.
